hey, Sound painful! It could just be a general lump from swelling but if you notice it incresing in size or moving or any changes at all really i would get it checked as soon as possible. Also if its still not shrunk or feeling any better from the pain by a few days it might be worth getting it checked by a doctor before the weekend.
