Are you weak? How can we answer that, nothing you've said discusses your strength. If you don't do any strength training, you are probably weak. Routinely jumping rope and playing sepaktakraw is probably enough activity to keep you healthy. But without sport-specific fitness exercises, you probably won't ever really see your potential as a player. The stretching is important because of the flexibility requirements for your sport, but you could benefit greatly from plyometrics, jumping and agility drills, and yes, gaining some strength and muscle - which would help you be more explosive when leaping and changing directions.

Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? I have 15% bodyfat and I personally think that is a lot. Any help from some fitness
