There is a flasher control under dash by driver side--go on internet -type in your vehicle 94 s10 flasher--

your trouble is under the steering wheel ! it,s the turn signal unit not kicking it off !

Turn the hazard switch on. See if both lights in the dash flash as they should. It might even go out when you turn them off. If it does not go off, disconnect the hazard switch to see if the light goes out. If it goes out, the hazard switch is the problem. If it does not go out, try disconnecting the turn signal switch to see if it goes out. If it goes out after disconnecting the turn signal switch, that is your problem. I doubt that the switches are bad. Both switches have separate contacts for the front lights and the rear. For the problem to be switch related, the front turn signal would have to be on along with the dashboard indicating light. You might have a wiring problem or a the dash circuit board is bad. The best thing to do would be to purchase a Haynes manual for your Blazer.
