the vibration is prob normal from anti lock mechanism. grinding prob not normal. needs right tires for snow/ice. have only Dodge to all sched main on sched including oil change. remind them to do the multi point vehicle inspection that's included w/ the oc. ask them to run your VIN on their database of service info; esp since you just bought the car.

it's working normally it's the anti lock brake system. it will do this on slippery roads like ice,snow,wet roadways

It is the ABS working to keep the brakes from locking up on slippery roads if it didn't do that you would have no control of the car when you start sliding.
