For Audi A4 you can use Mobil 1 5W-30 or Castrol EDGE 5w-30 synthetic. Mobil-1 5W-30 is cheap but Castrol EDGE is 6 to 8 times better than the Mobil-1 5W-30.

You need 5 quarts of Synthetic 5W-40 European Oil (EFMQT) and 1 MANN Oil Filter (HU7196x) For your 2006 Audi A4 2.0T. AMSOIL is the best 100% synthetic oil in the world.
