If you have family here who would give you a home and look after you, then your parents can apply for a Student Visa for you. But, you will be considered an International Student and will have to pay full school fees. This will cost your family several thousand dollars each year. You will not be allowed to work and, once you have finished high school, you will have to return home. You cannot move to Australia permanently.
